The apartment totals 122.50 sq.m, ownership is governed by a notarial deed concluded between the co-owners of the building.

The purpose of the development loan is to acquire the apartment for fix and flip, selling it with within next 12 months. The scope of fix and flip includes redesigning the apartment's internal layout.
