This investment project provides Crowdestate investors with an opportunity to invest in a row house development in Käokella Road 3, Järveküla, Rae municipality, Estonia. 

As the district is located very favourably at the southern border of Tallinn and benefits from proximity to Tallinn city centre, it has become one of the fastest growing communities around Tallinn. The project involves building 2 row houses with 22 apartments.

Funding target for this project is EUR 320.000. The objective is to finance Energiamajad Kaks OÜ development by unsecured equity loan to earn 15% preferred interest and to participate in profit distribution with 9,09% share of the dividend. The return on this investment depends largely on projects’ profitability. Dividends will become available for investors after senior loan is returned.

Planned investment period is 12 months and expected rate of return (IRR) is 19,18%.

The Sponsor has successful track record of row house developments in the same location, involving also Crowdestate investors.
