Executive summary

The purpose of this project is to finance the purchase of a production building for the Sponsor, MMMSprattus OÜ, in the amount of 260 000 EUR. This investment allows a renovated building to undergo a thorough reconstruction, thus significantly increasing the volume, capacity, and capacity of the cold stores, and ensuring the prerequisites for the market introduction of the new product and the growth of existing business volumes.

The loan is secured by the first-rate mortgage for the property and with the Sponsor's personal guarantee. This investment opportunity offers monthly interest payments from the month following the issue of the loan and principal payments from the third month. The loan interest rate is 15% per annum and the expected return on investment (IRR) is 16.05% on an annual basis.
