This project will provide Crowdstate investors with the opportunity to finance the expansion of Starelement OÜ.

Starelement OÜ, found in 2013 is a company engaged in construction and real estate development.  Mr. Jaanus Jässi, the owner of the company, aims to expand the company's activities in the area of property rental.

The purpose of the investment is to finance the purchase of a industrial property at Jõe 23 in Kohila, Estonia.  The loan is secured with the first rank mortgage on a property to be purchased. Mr. Jaanus Jässi has also agreed to provide a personal guarantee for a loan amount. The market value of the property is EUR 150,000, according to the valuation document we have attached to this project.

The loan agreement has been concluded for a period of 12 months, but the Sponsor sees the possibility to refinance the loan  through the bank  within 6 months.
