Within our new project, investors are offered the opportunity to grant a mortgage loan in the amount of 115,000 euros secured by a 1st mortgage on a new apartment in a terraced house located at Ristiku St. 1-3, Kohila municipality. Crowdestate investors have previously financed the construction of the same terraced house. Previous loans have been correctly returned by the project owner.
The size of the apartment is 68.4 m2 and it is located in Rapla county, Kohila municipality, Pukamäe village, Ristiku St. 1. The property is located 30-minute drive from Tallinn city center. It is close to Kohila small town which has developed infrastructure. The terraced house has five apartments. Each apartment includes two parking spaces and a yard of approx. 300 m2.
The project owner intends to raise a short-term loan to invest in a new development. Loan period is up to 6 months.
A 1st rank mortgage will be established on Ristiku St. 1-3 apartment to secure investors’ loans. The market value of the collateral is 164,000 euros and the LTV of the project is 70%.
Fixed interest rate of the loan is 11% p.a. and interest is payable as a lump sum at the end of the loan period latest.
