Fixed interest rate is 11% pa and the loan agreement is scheduled for 9 months (term of the agreement September 30th, 2020).
The construction works of Taevasilma 5 row-house is in interior phase - plastering and painting of walls and ceilings; installation of floor coverings; ventilation works. The Sponsor's previous row-house project funded by Crowdestate investors at adjacent Metsapargi St. 6 plot was successful, investors' capital was returned on time and Sponsor has launched a project of the same size at Taevasilma St. 5 to meet the demand for row-house apartments.
The sales prices for apartments are between 199,000 and 219,000 euros. The size of each apartments is 115.1 m2.
