Alti 100.000 EUR vor fi folositi iîn acelasi scop, din capitalul propriu suplimentat de catre Sponsor. Diferenta va fi folosita pentru continuarea lucrarilor de constructie.Sursa de rambursare este vanzarea apartamentelor cand constructia este finalizata si receptionata.Perioada de investitie pentru aceastra transa este de pana la 10 luni. Dobanzii este de 16% p.a. si va fi platita in rate semestriale de 8% p.a., iar diferenta la sfarsitul perioadei imprumutului sau la rambursarea principalului, care intervine mai devreme. Imprumutul este garantat cu o ipoteca de rangul 8 pe teren si constructii viitoare.
