Laenuperiood on 6 kuud ( kuni 2 kuud pikendamise võimalusega). Investorite laenult arvestatakse intressi 11% aasta baasil ja intress makstakse välja ühekordse maksega laenuperioodi lõpus või korteriomandi müümisel. Laenu tagasimakse toimub korteri müügitulust.
