Ehituse tähtaeg on november 2022. Kõigi seitsme korteri ostjatega on notariaalsed võlaõiguslepingud sõlmitud! Laenu fikseeritud intressimäär on 11% aastas. Perioodilisi intressimakseid ei toimu. Investeerimisperiood on kuni 6 kuud. Kõikide korterite suurus on 102,4 m2 ja korteri keskmine müügihind on 177 430 eurot. Laen on tagatud esimese järjekoha hüpoteegiga Ristiku tn 2 elamumaa kinnistule (ühishüpoteek seitsmele korteriomandile). Hindamisakti kohaselt on hoonestamata kinnistu turuväärtus on 92 000 eurot. Peale teist rahastamisvooru on projekti ehituskulude põhine LTV 78%.  Crowdestate investorid rahastasid summas 250 000 eurot ka Sponsori Ristiku tn 1 ridamaja arendust. Selles projektis toimub korterite asjaõiguslike müügilepingute sõlmimine ja investorite laenud on suuremas osas tagasi makstud (laenude jääk hetkel 33 000 eurot).
