Meie järgmise investeerimisvõimalusega avaneb meie investoritele võimalus aidata Projektiomanikul kaasata 150,000 eurot. Esimeses rahastusvoorus kogusime kokku 75,000 eurot ning teises 40,000 eurot. Nüüdseks on maja valminud 80% ulatuses.Eelmüügileping on sõlmitud ja eeldatavasti lõpetatakse ehitus 2023. aasta märtsi lõpuks.Lisatud hindamisakti kohaselt, arvestades selle rahastusvooru väärtust, on projekti lühiajaliste kohustuste ja tagatise väärtuse suhe (LTV) 25%.Laenu intressimäär on 12% aastas.Laenuperiood on 6 kuud, kusjuures Projektiomanikul on võimalus seda 3 kuu võrra pikendada, kohustusega tõsta intressimäära 2% võrra pikendatud perioodi ajaks.Põhiosa ja intressimakse tehakse ühekordse maksena laenuperioodi lõpus või varem, pärast maja müümist.Laenu tagasimakse toimub kinnistu müügist. Kõigi Portugalis asuvate projektide kinnipeetav maksumäär on 10% kõikidele investoritele.
