Since the project is very close to being finished, the value of the project is calculated by subtracting unfinished construction costs from the sales price. Therefore, the total value of the project currently is approximately 2.51 million EUR. Thus, the LTV currently stands at 70%. At the end of October 2023, the completion rate of the development was 98%.
