Obiectivul acestei oportunitati de investitie este finantarea constructiei a 5 blocuri de locuinte, avand un numar total de 135 apartamente, dezvoltate pe un teren in suprafata de 5.278 m2, situate pe Soseaua Bucuresti-Magurele, Bucuresti, sectorul 5, Romania.Investitorii Crowdestate vor avea oportunitatea de a investi intr-un imprumut senior pentru constructie in suma totala de 3.200.000 EUR, acordat in 10 transe, in functie de progresul lucrarilor si de avansurile incasate. Prima transa de 421.100 EUR a fost finantata in Martie 2022. Aceasta va fi a doua transa de finantare in suma de 325.000 EUR.Rambursarea va fi facuta din vanzarea apartamentelor la finalizarea constructiei. Durata investitiei pentru aceasta transa este de pana la 12 luni. Ipoteca de prim rang este detinuta tot de investitorii Crowdestate din prima transa de finantare. Prin urmare, LTV-ul maxim dupa finantarea transei 2 va fi de 49.77%.
