Obiectivul acestei oportunitati de investitie este finantarea constructiei a 5 blocuri de locuinte, avand un numar total de 135 apartamente, dezvoltate pe un teren in suprafata de 5.278 m2, situate pe Soseaua Bucuresti-Magurele, Bucuresti, sectorul 5, Romania.Investitorii Crowdestate vor avea oportunitatea de a investi intr-un imprumut senior pentru constructie in suma totala de 3.200.000 EUR, acordat in 10 transe, in functie de progresul lucrarilor si de avansurile incasate. Prima transa de 421.100 EUR a fost finantata in Martie 2022. Aceasta va fi a doua transa de finantare in suma de 325.000 EUR.Rambursarea va fi facuta din vanzarea apartamentelor la finalizarea constructiei. Durata investitiei pentru aceasta transa este de pana la 12 luni.
