Meie uue projekti raames saavad investorid rahastada Kuressaares Tolli tn 3-6 asuva korteriomandi tagatisel kapitali vabastamist. Korteriomand asub miljööväärtuslikus Kuressaare vanalinnas, u. 400 m kaugusel Kuressaare südalinnast. Investoritele pakutakse võimalust anda korteriomandi 1. järjekoha hüpoteegi tagatisel laenu kokku summas 130 000 eurot. Korteri suurus on 150 m2.Kinnistu turuväärtus on lisatud hindamisakti kohaselt 301 000 eurot. Investorite laenude põhiosa ja vara väärtuse suhe (LTV) on kuni 43%.Laenuperiood on kuni 30.06.25 (u. 18 kuud) ja intress 13% aasta baasil. Intress makstakse kvartaalselt ja laenu põhisumma makstakse refinantseerimise teel või korteriomandi müümisel. Projektiomanikul on õigus laenutähtaega kuni 3 kuu võrra pikendada. Pikendamisperioodi intress on 15%.
