Investoritele pakutakse võimalust anda korteriomandi 1. järjekoha hüpoteegi tagatisel laenu kokku summas 130 000 eurot. Korteri suurus on 150 m2.Kinnistu turuväärtus on lisatud hindamisakti kohaselt 301 000 eurot.
