Obiectivul acestei oportunitati de investitie este finantarea constructiei a 4 case unifamiliale cuplate pe 4 loturi de teren in suprafata totala de 1212 mp situat in Balotesti, Str. Privighetorilor, nr. 39, Jud. Ilfov, Romania. Investitorii Crowdestate vor avea oportunitatea de a investi intr-un imprumut senior pentru constructie in suma totala de 320.000 EUR, acordat în 7 transe, in functie de progresul lucrarilor si de avansurile incasate. Prima transa de 40.000 EUR a fost finantata in Martie - Aprilie 2022, transa a doua in Iunie 2022, iar transa a treia a fost finantata in Iulie 2022. Aceasta va fi a patra transa de finantare in cadrul proiectului in suma de 60.000 EUR.Sursele de rambursare vor fi avansurile încasate de la clienti sau vanzarea caselor la momentul finalizarii acestora.
