Privighetorilor, nr. 39, Jud. Ilfov, Romania. Investitorii Crowdestate vor avea oportunitatea de a investi intr-un imprumut senior pentru constructie in suma totala de 320.000 EUR, acordat în 7 transe, in functie de progresul lucrarilor si de avansurile incasate. Prima transa de 40.000 EUR a fost finantata in Martie - Aprilie 2022, transa a doua in Iunie 2022, iar transa a treia a fost finantata in Iulie 2022.
