Käesoleva investeerimisvõimalusega saavad Crowdestate'i investorid võimaluse investeerida hüpoteegiga tagatud ehituslaenu kogusummas 130,000 eurot, mis on korraldatud ühe rahastusvooruna. Kaasatud raha kasutatakse jooksvate kohustuste refinantseerimiseks ja kahe üksikelamu viimaste ehitustööde ja kommunaalühenduste lõpetamise rahastamiseks Bukaresti suurlinna piirkonnas, Dragomiresti Vale kommuunis, Ilfovi maakonnas, Rumeenias. Tagasimakse allikas on majade müük pärast nende valmimist või tagatisena esitatud kahe täiendava maatüki müük.
