    Crowdestate AS is a regulated European crowdfunding service provider, license number 4.1-1/32, operating under the supervision of the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority. According to its crowdfunding service provider license, Crowdestate has the right to provide the following types of crowdfunding services:

    1. The facilitation of granting of loans;
    2. Placing without a firm commitment basis of transferable securities and admitted instruments for crowdfunding purposes and the reception and transmission of orders in relation to those transferable securities and admitted instruments.

    Crowdestate AS has passported its European crowdfunding service provider license to all member states of the European Union.

    Crowdestate AS is a regulated European payment institution, license number 4.1-1/82, operating under the supervision of the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority. According to its payment institution license, Crowdestate has the right to provide its customers with payment execution services, including the transfer of funds to payment accounts opened with Crowdestate (MERAS, Article 3, paragraph 1 point 3).
