Arendajal on plaan viia ehitustööd lõpule, müüa korteriomandid ja müügitulust laen tagasi maksta.  Investorite laenu tagab 1.järjekoha ühishüpoteek Aardla tn 15 renoveeritavatele korteriomanditele. Tagatisvara hinnatud turuväärtus tänasel kujul on 98 000 eurot ja projekti oodatav ehituskulude põhine LTV (laenu ja tagatisvara väärtuse suhe) on kuni 75%. Laenuperiood on 9 kuud ( kuni 2 kuud pikendamise võimalusega). Investorite laenult arvestatakse intressi 12% aasta baasil (pikendamisperioodi intress 14%) ja intress makstakse tagasi ühekordse maksega laenuperioodi lõpus või korteriomandite müümisel.
