Käesoleva projektiga soovib Sponsor kaasata 86 000 eurot, eesmärgiga refinantseerida olemasolev laen. Laenu tagatiseks on teise järgu hüpoteek korteriomandile, mille turuväärtus vastavalt Läti suurima kinnisvaravahendusettevõtte poolt koostatud hindamisaktile on 430 000 eurot. Korter asub prestiižses Art Noveau linnaosas, aadressil Ausekla iela 4, Riia (korter number 15). Vasavalt hindamisaktis toodud väärtusele moodustub esimese rahastusvooru kaudu antava laenu ja tagatisvara väärtuse suhteks (LTV) 70%. Tegemist on lühiajalise investeerimisvõimalusega, mille põhiosa ja intressimakse tehakse ühe maksena 12-kuulise laenuperioodi lõpus.
