The purpose of this project is to finance the installation and commissioning of a sawmill material line for the Sponsor, Baltic Forest OÜ, Paikuse sawmill. Crowdstate investors have previously participated in five financing rounds and have made investments of EUR 3 596 600 in total. The issued loan is secured by a joint mortgage on the company's property and with owner's personal guarantee in the loan amount. Käesoleva projekti eesmärgiks on finantseerida projekti Sponsori, Baltic Forest OÜ, Paikuse saetööstuses kuiva saematerjali sorteerliini paigaldamist ja kasutusele võtmist. Kõnealune investeering võimaldab juba tänaseks töös olevat tehast veelgi tõhusamalt opereerida ning suurendada tootmismahtusid kuni 2 korda.Crowdestate’i investorid on tänaseks osalenud viies projekti Sponsori rahastamise voorus kogusummas 3 596 600 eurot. Väljastatav laen on tagatud ühishüpoteegiga ettevõtte kinnistutele ning ettevõtte omanike isiklike käendustega laenusumma ulatuses. Laenugraafiku mõistes on tegemist nö bullet-laenuga ehk laenuga, mille perioodi jooksul tasutakse igakuiselt vaid intressimakseid ning põhiosa tagastatakse laenuperioodi lõpus ühekordse maksena. Laenu intressimäär on 15.0% aastas ning investori oodatav tootlus (IRR) 16.08% aasta baasil.
