Within the framework of this project, Crowdestate offers investors an opportunity to take part in the tenth funding round for Baltic Forest OÜ. The first two funding rounds have already been successfully exited. The project aims to raise up to EUR 836 000 to refinance the Baltic Forest third tranche with Crowdestate.In accordance to the initial business plan, the Sponsor is currently negotiating for bank financing to refinance Crowdestate investors as well as to provide additional working capital financing. The first feedback has been positive on the one hand,  as the Sponsor is able to provide banks with sufficient collateral for further financing as well as the owners' contribution to the project and the successful launch of production. At the same time, banks still want to see the results of approx. one year of operation and positive pre-depreciation (EBITDA). As a result, the Sponsor will need working capital to refinance its existing loan commitments until the conclusion of a financing agreement with a financial institution. Käesoleva projekti raames pakub Crowdestate ühisrahatusplatvormi investoritele võimalust osaleda järjekorras kümnendas Baltic Forest OÜ rahatusvoorus. Antud rahastusvooru raames soovitakse kaasata investoritelt 836 600 eurot olemasoleva laenu refinantseerimiseks. Vastavalt äriplaanile peab Sponsoril pankadega läbirääkimisi nii Crowdestate investorite refinantseerimise kui ka täiendava käibekapitali finantseerimise osas. Esimene tagasiside on olnud ühelt poolt positiivne, st hinnatakse tagatiste olemasolu, omanike panust projekti ning tehase käivitumist. Samas, pangad soovivad näha ikkagi enam-vähem ühte tegutsemisaastat ning positiivset kulumi-eelset ärikasumit (EBITDA). Tulenevalt eeltoodust vajab Sponsor käibekapitali seniste laenukohustuste refinantseerimiseks kuni finantseerimislepingu sõlmimiseni finantsasutusega. Käesoleva laenu pikkuseks on 12 kuud, intressimäär 15.0% aastas ning prognoositud tootlus (IRR) investorile 16.03% aastas. Laenugraafiku mõistes on tegemist nö bullet-laenuga ehk laenuga, mille perioodi jooksul tasutakse vaid intressimakseid ning põhiosa tagastatakse laenuperioodi lõpus ühekordse maksena. Investorite huvide kaitseks on laen tagatud ühishüpoteegiga ettevõtte kinnistutele ning ettevõtte omanike isiklike käendustega laenusumma ulatuses. Seoses Crowdestate investorite märkimisväärse huviga Baltic Forest OÜ (X) projekti vastu, teeb Sponsor investoritele ettepaneku suurendada käesoleva rahatusvooru raames kaasatava laenu maksimaalsummat 1 486 600 euroni, millest senine laenusumma 836 600 eurot suunatakse 31.07.2019 tähtajaga laenu refinantseerimiseks ja lisanduva 650 000 euro suuruse summa arvelt refinantseeritakse 31.08.2019 tähtajaga laen. Crowdestate offre ai suoi investitori l’opportunità di prendere parte alla decima tranche di finanziamento del progetto Baltic Forest OU (i primi due round di finanziamento sono stati già interamente ripagati).L’obiettivo di raccolta del progetto è di 836.000,00 €. La durata del progetto è di 12 mesi, con pagamento degli interessi mensile ed un ritorno annuale del 15%. Il capitale verrà ripagato alla termine del prestito. Il tasso di rendimento interno (IRR) è previsto al 16,03% annuo. Il prestito è garantito da ipoteca sulla proprietà della società e da garanzie personali dei proprietari. A seguito di un forte interesse degli investitori Crowdestate, per il progetto Baltic Forest OU (X), lo Sponsor propone di aumentare la cifra di investimento a 1.486.600,00€, invece che 836.600,00€. La cifra di 836.600,00€ verrà utilizzata per ripagare un prestito agli investitori previsto per la data 31.07.2019. Цель проекта - привлечь до 836 000 евро для рефинансирования III кредита Baltic Forest.Интрессы по 12-месячному кредиту выплачиваются ежемесячно по ставке 15% годовых, при этом основная сумма кредита возвращается в конце периода. Внутренняя норма доходности инвестиций (IRR) 16,03% годовых. Выданный кредит обеспечен совместной ипотекой на имущество компании и личными гарантиями владельцев в полной сумме кредита. Ввиду значительного интереса инвесторов Crowdestate к проекту Baltic Forest OÜ (X) Спонсор предлагает инвесторам увеличить максимальную сумму кредита в этом раунде финансирования до 1 486 600 евро.
