Muud tagasimaksmise allikad võivad olla refinantseerimine mõnest Rumeenias tegutsevast pangast või muud arendava ettevõtte tegevustest saadud tulud.Käesoleva laenu periood on kuni 12 kuud. Laenu intressimäär on 14.5% aastas. Põhiosa- ja intressimaksed tehakse laenuperioodi lõpus. Laenu tagatiseks on esimese järjekoha hüpoteek arendatavatele kinnistutele ja olemasolevatele 9 ehitisele.
