Din suma totala solicitata de Sponsor in cadrul transei curente si ultimei transe finantate, suma de 100.000 EUR va fi folosita pentru rambursarea partiala a primei transe a proiectului in valoare de 250.000 EUR, cu scadență în Februarie 2023. Alti 100.000 EUR vor fi folositi iîn acelasi scop, din capitalul propriu suplimentat de catre Sponsor. Diferenta va fi folosita pentru continuarea lucrarilor de constructie.Sursa de rambursare este vanzarea apartamentelor cand constructia este finalizata si receptionata.Perioada de investitie pentru aceastra transa este de pana la 9 luni. Dobanzii este de 16% p.a. si va fi platita in rate semestriale de 8% p.a., iar diferenta la sfarsitul perioadei imprumutului sau la rambursarea principalului, care intervine mai devreme. Imprumutul este garantat cu o ipoteca de rangul 9 pe teren si constructii viitoare.
