Käesolev rahastusvoor on antud projekti neljas, suuruses 200 000 eurot. Esimese vooruga kaasati 262 300 eurot, teise vooruga 220 000 eurot, ja kolmanda vooruga 290 000 eurot. Tagasimaksed tehakse valmis korterite müügist. Käesoleva projekti avaldamise ajaks on broneeritud 12 esimese etapi korterit (13%) ligikaudu 855 000 euro eest, millest ligikaudu 28 000 eurot on saadud ettemaksena. Investeerimisperiood on kuni 16 kuud. Intressimäär on 13.5% aastas ning intressimakseid tehakse igakuiselt. Laen on tagatud neljanda järgu hüpoteegiga maalapile ja tulevaste hoonetele. Kinnistu väärtuseks on hinnatud 980 000 eurot. Esimese, teise ja kolmanda järgu hüpoteeke hoiavad vastavalt Crowdestate’i esimese, teise ja kolmanda rahastusvooru investorid. Peale käesolevat rahastamisvooru on antud projekti maaväärtusel põhinev LTV 36%. (~1.7 miljonit eurot omakapitali investeeringuid + 980 miljonit eurot maa väärtus).
