Korter asub Felicity Residence’is, väga lähedal Baneasa metsale, Stejarii Country Clubile ja Baneasa kaubanduskeskusele, 1. piirkonnas, Bucharest Nordis. Apartamentul are o suprafata utila de 108,94 mp incluzand si terasa de 11.26 mp. Valoarea totala de piata a proprietatii este de 155.000 EUR, prin urmare LTV-ul este de ~50%.Rata dobanzii este fixa de 13.5% p.a., iar perioada imprumutului pana la 12 luni. Plata principalului si a dobanzii se vor face la maturitatea imprumutului. Imprumutul va fi rambursat din veniturile din vanzari aferente altor proiecte ale Sponsorului, vanzarea proprietatii aduse in garantie (daca va fi cazul) si/sau a altor active sau prin refinantare.
