Apartamentul are o suprafata utila de 111.40 mp, incluzand si 2 terase de 62.59 mp. Valoarea totala de piata a proprietatii este de 120.000 EUR, prin urmare LTV-ul este de ~54%.Rata dobanzii este fixa de 13.5% p.a., iar perioada imprumutului pana la 12 luni.
