Kinnisvaraarendus on mõeldud taskukohaste keskklassi korterite jaoks, mis on suunatud kohalikele ostjatele Riias, Lätis. Sponsor Estera Development OÜ kasutaks kaasatud kapitali uue arenduse  finantseerimiseks, mille ehitustöödega kavatsetakse alustada 2019. aasta esimeses kvartalis, projekt nimeks Liepziedi 2 (Briezu 7a arenduse teine etapp). Praeguse laenu tagasimaksmine on ette nähtud Liepziedi 2 arenduse müügitulust ning Liepziedi 1 ja Tuvidi projektiga seotud ülejäänud korterite müügitulust.Investeerimisvõimalus pakub fikseeritud intressimäära 13,5% aastas.
