Within the framework of this project, the Crowdstate is offering investors the opportunity to participate in another (third) global Nord Timber OÜ working capital financing. The total working capital requirement for the current year is estimated at EUR 700,000, which is scheduled to attract investors from up to two rounds of wages.EUR 400,000 in this round, and an additional EUR 300,000 at the end of September. The purpose of this loan is to finance the growth of business volumes, that is, covering the capital requirement from the time of purchase of the material to the proceeds from the sale. The loan term is 6 months, the interest rate is 15.0% per annum and the estimated return on investment (IRR) to the investor at 16.10% on an annual basis. To protect the interests of investors, the loan is secured by a personal guarantee issued by the member of the management board along with the restrictions imposed by the Crowdstate Collateral Agency OÜ (&#34;Tagatisagent&#34;) on the use of received funds. This is a so-called &#34;partial bullet loan&#34;, in other words, a loan where during the period the interest is mainly paid, and, to a lesser extent, also the principal. An essential part of the principal (65%) is paid at the end of the loan period as a one-time payment.

Käesoleva projekti raames pakub Crowdestate ühisrahatusplatvormi investoritele võimalust osaleda järjekordses (kolmandas) Global Nord Timber OÜ käibekapitali finantseerimises. Kogu jooksva aasta käibekapitali vajadus on hinnanguliselt 700 000 eurot, mis plaanitakse kaasata investoritelt kuni kahe rahatusvooruga, s.h 400 000 eurot käesoleva rahatusvooru raames ning täiendav 300 000 eurot ca septembri lõpus.  Laenu eesmärgiks on ärimahtude kasvu finantseerimine ehk kapitalivajaduse katmine materjali ostuhetkest kuni müügist laekuvate vahenditeni. Laenu pikkuseks on 6 kuud, intressimäär 15.0% aastas ning prognoositud tootlus (IRR) investorile 16.10% aasta baasil.Investorite huvide kaitseks on laenu tagatiseks juhatuse liikme Einer Vettus isiklik käendus ning Crowdestate Collateral Agency OÜ (“Tagatisagent”) poolt seatud piirangud saadud rahaliste vahendite kasutamise kohta.Laenugraafiku mõistes on tegemist n-ö osalise bullet-laenuga ehk laenuga, mille perioodi jooksul tasutakse peamiselt intressi ning väiksemas mahus ka põhiosa. Oluline osa põhiosast (65%) tasutakse laenuperioodi lõpus ühekordse maksena.
