Sponsor ehitab Vääna külas kolm ühepereelamut aadressil Hirve tee 3, 8 ja Marali tee 9, Vääna küla, Harku vald. Projekt asub Tallinna kesklinnast 30 minutilise autosõidu kaugusel.Sponsor soovib investoritelt kaasata hüpoteegiga tagatud laenu kogu summas 326 000 eurot. Laenuga finantseeritakse kolme ühepereelamute aadressil Hirve tee 3, 8 ja Marali tee 9 ehitust ja refinantseeritake olemasolevad kohustused summas 60 000 eurot. Projekti rahastamine on korraldatud mitmes rahastamisvoorus. Esimese vooru summa on 160 000 eurot. Laenu tagatiseks seatakse 1. järjekoha ühishüpoteek Hirve tee 3, 8 ja Marali tee 9 kinnistutele hinnatud turuväärtuses 266 666 eurot. Projekti kehtiv LTV on 60%. Maksimaalne LTV projekti kehtivuse aja jooksul on 70%. Kõik kolm Hirve tee 3, 8 ja Marali tee 9 ühepereelamut on juba võlaõiguslepingutega müüdud. Kõik hooned on identse planeeringuga ja iga maja elamispind on 99 m2.
