Sponsor ehitab Vääna külas kolm ühepereelamut aadressil Hirve tee 3, 8 ja Marali tee 9, Vääna küla, Harku vald. Projekt asub Tallinna kesklinnast 30 minutilise autosõidu kaugusel.Sponsor soovib investoritelt kaasata hüpoteegiga tagatud laenu kogu summas 326 000 eurot. Laenuga finantseeritakse kolme ühepereelamute aadressil Hirve tee 3, 8 ja Marali tee 9 ehitust ja refinantseeritake olemasolevad kohustused summas 60 000 eurot. Projekti rahastamine on korraldatud mitmes rahastamisvoorus. Kolmanda rahastusvooru summa on 47 000 eurot. Laenu kasutamise eesmärgiks on projekti ehituskulude finantseerimine. Laenu tagatiseks seatakse 1. järjekoha ühishüpoteek Hirve tee 3, 8 ja Marali tee 9 kinnistutele hinnatud turuväärtuses 346 830 eurot (hindamisakt + omanikujärelevalve poolt kinnitatud ehitustööd). Projekti kehtiv LTV on 68,33%. Maksimaalne LTV projekti kehtivuse aja jooksul on 70%. Kõik kolm Hirve tee 3, 8 ja Marali tee 9 ühepereelamut on juba võlaõiguslepingutega müüdud. Kõik hooned on identse planeeringuga ja iga maja elamispind on 99 m2. Ühepereelamute ehitus on alanud: Hirve tee 3 valmidusaste on 53%, Hirve tee 8 valmidusaste on 100% ja Marali tee 9 valmidusaste on 45%.Laenuperiood on 8 kuud (kuni 30.06.2022) ja intress 8,5% aasta baasil. Intress makstakse ühekordse maksena laenuperioodi lõpus või valmis paariselamu korterite müügist. Kõike kolme ühepereelamute müügihind kokku on 689 000 eurot.
