Projekt asub Tallinna kesklinnast 30 minutilise autosõidu kaugusel.Sponsor soovib investoritelt kaasata hüpoteegiga tagatud laenu kogu summas 166 000 eurot. Projekti rahastamine on korraldatud mitmes rahastamisvoorus. Neljanda rahastusvooru summa on 25 000 eurot. Laenu kasutamise eesmärgiks on projekti ehituskulude finantseerimine. Laenu tagatiseks seatakse 1. järjekoha ühishüpoteek Hirve tee 3, Marali tee 9 kinnistutele hinnatud turuväärtuses 194 400 eurot (hindamisakt + omanikujärelevalve poolt kinnitatud ehitustööd).
