Sponsor plaanib 1850 m2 suurusel üüripinnal avada 2019.a. novembris laste vaba-aja ja meelelahutuskeskuse. Projekti Sponsor on arendanud ja opereerib kaubamärkide <a href="https://jumpjump.ru/" target="">Jump</a> ja <a href="https://ninja-academy.ru/" target="">Ninja Academy</a> all 5 sarnast keskust Peterburis ja ühte keskust Nižnevartovskis. Kõik siiani arendatud mängukeskused asuvad kaubanduskeskustes. Uue Riia projekti kogueelarve on ligikaudu 800 000 eurot. Esimese rahastamisvooruga Crowdestate'i investoritelt kaasatav summa on 250 000 eurot.   Crowdestate investorite laen on tagatud 1.jrk ühishüpoteegiga Suure-Allikmäe kinnistule Viimsi vallas ja Puhkeranna kinnistule Kuusalu vallas, hinnatud väärtuses kokku 725 000 eurot. Lisaks tagab laenu 2.jrk hüpoteek Kordoni 65 kinnistule Jõelähtme vallas ja Sponsori Läti tütarettevõtte garantii. Lisaks on Sponsori võtmeisik valmis andma isikliku käenduse. Väljastatav laen on fikseeritud intressiga 12,5% aastas, intressimaksed on igakuised ja laenu põhiosa tagastamine hakkaks toimuma 2020.a. jaanuarist. Investorite oodatav tootlus (IRR) on 13,2% aasta baasil. Laenu tähtaeg on 24 kuud. Meelelahutuskeskuse käivitumisel on Sponsoril plaan Crowdestate investorite laen pikaajalise pangalaenuga refinantseerida.
