Kinnistu turuväärtus on 327 000 eurot ja projekti kulupõhine LTV peale käimasolevat vooru on 75%. Hoones saab olema 8 korterit keskmise suurusega 68,4 m2 ja kolm äripinda kokku 118,6 m2. Korterite keskmine müügihind on 180 000 eurot (e. 2640 eur/m2).  Kahe korteri müügiks on sõlmitud notariaalne võlaõiguslik müügileping ning kolme korteri ja ühe äripinna müügiks on sõlmitud broneerimislepingud.Laenu fikseeritud intressimäär on 13% aasta baasil ja see makstakse välja perioodi lõpus. Laenutähtaeg on 31.03.2024 (u. 8 kuud), millele lisandub kuni 2-kuuline ühekordne pikendamise võimalus (pikendamisperioodi intress 15% p.a.).
