Arenduses on kokku 12 korterit, millest 3 on asjaõiguslike lepingute alusel müüdud ja 2 korterit on müüdud võlaõigusliku lepingu alusel. Käesoleva laenu tagatiseks on 7 seni müümata korteriomandit.Sponsoriks on Klaose 12 ja Klaose 14 ridamajade arendaja, kes kasutab kaasatud vahendeid osaliselt olemasolevate kohustuste refinantseerimiseks.
