Meie käesolev investeerimisvõimalus puudutab Koru põik 1 kinnistule 6-korteriga ridamaja ehituse kolmanda etapi finantseerimist summas 222 250 eurot. Crowdestate investorid finantseerivad ridamaja ehitust mahus kokku 803 000 eurot. Ehitust finantseeritakse etappidena, mis vastab ehituse peatöövõtja (Soome Maja OÜ) poolt esitatud tööde ja maksegraafikule. Iga etapi rahastamisega seonduvalt toimub projekti tagatisvara väärtuse järk-järguline kasv kuni ridaelamu valmimiseni.Crowdestate investorite laen on tagatud 1. jrk hüpoteegiga, intressimäär on 11% aasta baasil ja intressi makstakse igakuiselt. Projekti sisemine tootlus (IRR) on 11,74%. Investeeringu kestus on 10 kuud.Ridamaja korterite suurused on 130 m2 (4 korterit) ja 115 m2 (2 korterit).
