Koru põik 5 ridamaja arendus on järjekorras neljas samatüübiline maja, mille ehituse finantseerimist Sponsor Crowdestate'i investoritele pakub. 6-korteriga ridamaja ehitusmaksumus on kokku 816 000 eurot + km. Praeguse kuuenda vooruga soovib Sponsor kaasata 100 000 eurot. Ehitus käib - fassaadikivide paigaldus on lõpusirgel, siseruumides käivad kipsitööd ning majaesine parkla ja sissesõidutee on asfalteeritud ja kivisillutised paigaldatud (lisatud fotod on 15.10.2021 seisuga). Ehituse tähtaeg on detsember 2021.a. Ehitust finantseeritakse etapiviisiliselt, mis vastab ehituse peatöövõtja (Soome Maja OÜ) poolt esitatud tööde aktidele ja maksegraafikule. Iga etapi rahastamisega seonduvalt toimub projekti tagatisvara väärtuse järk-järguline kasv kuni ridaelamu valmimiseni.Kõik 6 korterit on ette ära müüdud (sõlmitud on notariaalsed võlaõiguslikud müügilepingud).Crowdestate investorite laen on tagatud 1. jrk hüpoteegiga, intressimäär on 9,5% aasta baasil ja intressi makstakse igakuiselt.
