Koru põik 7 ridamaja arendus on järjekorras viies samatüübiline maja, mille ehituse finantseerimist Sponsor Crowdestate'i investoritele pakub. 6-korteriga ridamaja ehitusmaksumus on kokku 816 000 eurot + km. Praeguse seitsmendaa ja viimase vooruga soovib Sponsor kaasata 114 600 eurot. Ehitus käib - fassaadikivi ja tänavakivi paigaldus; kipsitööd, seinte pahteldamised, seinte ja põrandate plaatimised (lisatud pildid on 10.08.21 seisuga). Ehituse tähtaeg on oktoober 2021.a. Ehitust finantseeritakse etapiviisiliselt, mis vastab ehituse peatöövõtja (Soome Maja OÜ) poolt esitatud tööde aktidele ja maksegraafikule. Iga etapi rahastamisega seonduvalt toimub projekti tagatisvara väärtuse järk-järguline kasv kuni ridaelamu valmimiseni. Kõik 6 korterit on tänaseks ette ära müüdud (sõlmitud on notariaalsed võlaõiguslikud müügilepingud). Crowdestate investorite laen on tagatud 1. jrk hüpoteegiga, intressimäär on 9,5% aasta baasil ja intressi makstakse igakuiselt. Projekti sisemine tootlus (IRR) on 10%.
