Käesoleva rahastusvooru avaldamise hetkeks on 37 korterit notariaalse võlaõigusliku lepingu alusel müüdud.Olemasolevate ja antud rahastusvooru käigus kaasatavate vahendite tagastamiseks piisab 33 korteri müümisest.Projekt on kasutusloa faasis.Finantseerimisvooru fikseeritud intressimäär on 15% aasta baasil. Laenuperioodiks on 12 kuud, s.t. tähatajaks on 30.09.2020.
