Arenduse maht kokku on 1,225 m2, millele lisanduvad ka osalise katusega terrassid, suletud parklad ja kuurid kogupinnaga 679 m2. Antud rahastamisvooru eesmärgiks on kaasata EUR 90,000. Laen on tagatud esimese järjekoha hüpoteegiga arendatavale kinnistule. Crowdestate investoritel on võimalus ehitusperioodi jooksul anda laenu kogusummas 1,4 miljonit eurot. Projekti eeldatav kogukulu on 2,3 miljonit eurot ja eeldatav tulu on kokku summas 2,6 miljonit eurot. Laenuintress on 13% aasta baasil ning laenu põhiosa ja -intress tasutakse ühekordse maksena kas 7-kuulise laenuperioodi lõpus või peale korteriomandite müüki. Arendusprojekti väärtus projekti avaldamise hetkel on ca. 1,5 miljonit eurot, kusjuures 252,000 eurot on maa väärtuseks ning seni tehtud ehituskulude väärtuseks on ca. 1,25 miljonit eurot.
