Akteeritud ehitustööde maksumus on EUR 1,050,000 ja nelja rahastamisvooruga väljastatud laenude suhe vara väärtusesse (LTV) on 33%.Käimasoleva, neljanda rahastamisvooru eesmärgiks on kaasata EUR 51,400. Laenu tagatiseks on 1. järjekoha hüpoteek arenduskinnisvarale. Crowdestate investoritel on võimalus antud projekti rahastada erinevate rahastusvoorudega kokku EUR 700,000, millest kolme eelneva rahastusvooruga on kaasatud kokku juba EUR 298,000.
