The village is located in Harku municipality about 25 kms from Tallinn. During the construction, Crowdestate's investor loans were refinanced by the Rural Development Foundation (RDF). The project was also funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). The developer of the project is SA Liikva Päikesekodu (Foundation Liikva Päikesekodu).RDF, ERDF and founders financed the construction of three family houses + orchard and barbecue house. The family houses are completed and the first residents are inside. The construction of the accessory building was initially left out of project and SA Liikva Päikesekodu has built it according to the possibilities. Construction works has been carryed out so far in the amount of EUR 270,000 (+VAT) and it is still necessary to finance the completion in the amount of EUR 300,000 (+ VAT). The Sponsor intends to complete the construction of the accessory building and offers EUR 200,000 investment opportunity to Crowdestate investors. The loan will be issued to Liikva Päikesemaja OÜ the founder of Foundation Liikva Päikesekodu.Loan to Liikva Päikesemaja OÜ (the Sponsor) will be secured by following assets: 1) 1st mortgage to Metsaveere property (property owned by SA Liikva Päikesekodu and bordering to main property Varsa tee 16), 2) 2nd mortgage to main property Varsa tee 16 (~7 ha property owned by SA Liikva Päikesekodu, where three family houses and accessory building are located; formerly as Suure-Pärna property),  3) shares of Liikva Päikesemaja OÜ 4) letter of guarantee from SA Liikva Päikesekodu.  Investment period is 12 months (with additional 3 months extension opportunity). Interest rate is 13% p.a. (after the extension 15% p.a.). Interest is payable as bullet at the end of the period. Loan will be repayed from sales revenue of shares of Liikva Päikesemaja OÜ. Crowdestate'i investorid rahastasid 2020.aastal autismispektri häirega inimeste elu-, töö- ja teraapiakohaks mõeldud projekti Liikva külas Harku vallas. Ehituse kestel refinantseeris Maaelu Edendamise Sihtasutus (MES) investorite laenu. Liikva projekti on rahastanud ka Euroopa Regionaalarengu Fond (ERF). Projekti arendaja on olnud <a href="https://www.liikvapaikesekodu.ee/" target="">Sihtasutus Liikva Päikesekodu</a>.MES, ERF ja asutajad finantseerisid kolme peremaja ehitust + viljapuuaed ja grillkoda. Peremajad on valmis ja esimesed elanikud on sees. Algsest eelarvest jäi välja abihoone ehitus, mida on siiamaani ehitatud vastavalt Päikesekodu võimalustele. Tänaseks on abihoone töödest finantseeritud u. 270 000 eur (+ km) ja lõpuni ehitamise maksumus on 300 000 eur (+ km). Abihoones saaksid toimuma päikeseküla elanike ühisüritused, koolitused, päevased arendavad- ja töised tegevused ning 10 inimese päevahoiuteenus.Sponsor soovib ehitada lõpuni abihoone ja finantseerida seda ühisrahastuse toel summas 200 000 eurot. Laen väljastatakse Liikva Päikesemaja OÜ-le, kes on Sihtasutuse Liikva Päikesekodu asutaja.Liikva Päikesemaja OÜ-le antava laenu tagatiseks seatakse: 1) 1. järjekoha hüpoteek Metsaveere kinnistule (Sihtasutusele kuuluv ja Varsa tee 16 kinnistuga külgnev kinnistu), 2) 2. järjekoha hüpoteek Varsa tee 16 kinnistule (Sihtasutusele kuuluv u. 7 ha suurune kinnistu, kuhu on ehitatud kolm peremaja ja pooleliolev abihoone; varem kandis Suure-Pärna nime),  3) Liikva Päikesemaja OÜ osad 4) SA Liikva Päikesekodu garantii.  Investeerimisperiood on 12 kuud (pikendamise võimalusega 3 kuuks), intress 13% aasta baasil (peale pikendamist 15%).
