With this development project, the Sponsor Lõokese Arendus OÜ shall erect at Lõokese 5 land plot a remarkable - circle-shaped row house. The construction permit was issued in October 2015 and construction works should commence during Q1, 2016. The completion of the construction works is planned at Q4, 2016. Crowdestate investors have been invited to participate by funding the project in the amount of EUR 590.000. The annual fixed net return of the investment is 13.7%.

Käesoleva arendusprojekti raames rajab Lõokese Arendus OÜ Lõokese tn 5 kinnistule tähelepanuväärse – ringikujulise - arhitektuurse lahendusega kortermaja. Projekti ehitusluba väljastati 2015. aasta oktoobris ning ehitustegevusega alustatakse 2016. aasta I kvartalis. Ehitustegevuse lõpp on kavandatud 2016. aasta IV kvartalisse. Seoses arendaja sooviga vabastada järgmiste projektide alustamiseks käesolevasse arendusse investeeritud omakapital, pakub Lõokese Arendus OÜ Crowdestate‘i liikmetele võimalust rahastada arendusprojekti kokku 590 000 euro ulatuses. Crowdestate’i liikmete poolt tehtavate investeeringute fikseeritud tulusus on 13,7% aastas.
