Arendusprojekti ehitus on lõpufaasis ning korterelamu 15 ühikust on müüdud 11. Lisaks varasema laenu refinantseerimisele summas 250 000 eurot soovib Sponsor saada täiendavat laenu summas 50 000 eurot arendusprojektide käibekapitali vajaduse katteks. Investeerimisvõimaluse pikkus on 12 kuud ning fikseeritud intress 12% aastas. Rahastamistaotluse maht on 300 000 eurot ning laenu ja tagatisvara suhe (LTV) on 60%.Investeering on tagatud Marguse kinnistule seatud 1. järjekoha hüpoteegiga.
