LTV will remain below 70% during the project.  Current market value of the property was 175,000 euros at the start of the financing. The loan will be repaid from the sales revenue of Mõisaküla St. 16 property after the construction will be completed. Meie uue investeerimisvõimaluse raames saavad investorid rahastada ühepereelamu ehitust Kiili vallas Mõisaküla tee 16. Käimasolevas kolmandas rahastamisvoorus soovib projekti omanik kaasata 25 000 eurot. Koos esimeses kahes voorus kaasatud summaga moodustab laen kokku 125 000 eurot. Kokku finantseeriksid investorid elamu ehitust summas 190 000 eurot. Kinnistu asub Tallinna kesklinnast u. 17 km kaugusel (e. 25 minutit autosõitu).Elamu ehitus käib: seinad ja katus on paigaldatud ja soojustatud, kommunikatsioonide otsad on majja veetud. Ehituse tähtaeg on juuni-juuli 2023.a.Tagatisvara hinnatud turuväärtus oli finantseerimise alustamise hetkel 175 000 eurot. Tulevikuväärtus kui ehitustööd on lõpetatud on 363 000 eurot. Laen on tagatud esimese järjekoha hüpoteegiga Mõisaküla tn 16 kinnistule Kiili vallas. LTV jääb projekti arenduse vältel alla 70%. Laenu intressimäär on 13% aasta baasil ja intress makstakse ühekordse maksega perioodi lõpus või elamu müügilepingu sõlmimisel. Investeerimisperiood on kuni 7 kuud. Laenu tagasimaksmine toimub Mõisaküla tn 16 ühepereelamu müügitulust. Müügi eellepingut ei ole veel sõlmitud.
