Käesoleva projekti eesmärgiks on finantseerida Läti ettevõtte SIA Nemco rendimasinate ostmist. Ostu summaks on 195 500 eur ja kogu kapitali soovitakse kaasata Crowdestate investorite kaudu.  Väljastatav laen on 24-kuulise perioodiga ja 13.5% aastase intressimääraga. Kui laen tagastatakse 12 kuud enne tähtaega, siis lisandub täiendav intress, mis võib suurendada investorite tulu.Antud investeerimisvõimalus pakub kvartaalseid intressimakseid, põhiosamakse tehakse laenuperioodi lõpus.Laenu tagab varasemalt soetatud rendiseadmed ja praeguse ostu käigus omandatavad masinad.
