Crowdestate’i investorid on varem seda projekti rahastanud 1,558,400 euro ulatuses.Projekti Sponsor, Paepanga Rivimajad OÜ soovib Crowdestate’i investoritelt kaasata 230,000 eurot, mida kasutatakse edasise ehitustegevuse finatseerimiseks. Laenu tagastamise allikaks on valminud korterite müük.Projekti avaldamise ajaks on arenduse ehitusjärguks 85%. 8 korterit on võlaõiguslike lepingute alusel müüdud.Laenuperioodiks on 12 kuud. Fikseeritud intressimääraks 11% aasta baasil. Laen on tagatud 1. järjekoha hüpoteekidega 11-le korteriomandile selles arendusprojektis. Üks korteritest on hüpoteegitud Viimsi vallale, tagamaks ehitusloa eelduseks olnud infrastruktuuri rajamist. Tagatisvara väärtuseks on 2,47 milj. eurot. Vastavalt sellele moodustab laenukohusutuste summa vara väärtusest (LTV) 80%.

Uno degli appartamenti è ipotecato dal Comune e l'obiettivo è quello di investire in un progetto di riqualificazione e sviluppo residenziale.Il valore della garanzia corrisponde a 2,47 milioni di euro.
