Crowdestate’i investorid on varem seda projekti rahastanud 400,000 euro ulatuses.Projekti Sponsor, Paepanga Rivimajad OÜ soovib Crowdestate’i investoritelt kaasata 400,000 eurot, mida kasutatakse edasise ehitustegevuse finatseerimiseks. Laenu tagastamise allikaks on refinantseerimine läbi pangalaenu või valminud korterite müük.Projekti avaldamise ajaks on arenduse ehitusjärguks 45%. 4 korterit on võlaõiguslike lepingute alusel müüdud. Selline müügimaht on piisav, et peale korterite valmimist tagastada kogu laenusumma ja maksta välja intressid.Laenuperioodiks on 12 kuud. Fikseeritud intressimääraks 11% aasta baasil. Laen on tagatud 1. järjekoha hüpoteekidega 11-le korteriomandile selles arendusprojektis. Üks korteritest on hüpoteegitud Viimsi vallale, tagamaks ehitusloa eelduseks olnud infrastruktuuri rajamist. Tagatisvara väärtuseks on 1,377 milj. eurot.
