Toome teieni Pärtli tee 6 ühepereelamu ehituse teise rahastamisvooru. Ehitatav elamu asub Kuusalu vallas, Valkla külas. Investoritel on võimalus anda elamu ehituseks 1. järjekoha hüpoteegi tagatisel laenu kokku summas 175 000 eurot. Praeguse teise rahastamisvooru maht on 40 000 eurot, mis vastab teostatud ehitustööde maksumusele. Pärtli tee 6 kinnistu asub 40 km (35-minutilise autosõidu) kaugusel Tallinna kesklinnast.
